General Rules

Clients MUST be 18 years or older to agree to these terms.Clients DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions as NFT nor use the art for generative AI purposes. Doing so is in violation of these terms.Clients may not copy or trace my work in any way, unless expressly given permission.Clients may edit their commissioned works in minor ways, such as use in Profile Pictures, Social Media Banners, or Youtube Thumbnails and similar cases.You are not allowed to use the artwork for any commercial work unless specified during payment process or commission type explicitly mentions it in description.My commissions are for Personal Use only unless otherwise discussed. Up to the extent that these terms outline, you will not profit off my work unless coming to a written agreement with me beforehand.Clients may produce physical reproductions of their work for PERSONAL use only. (Not for sale.)I retain the copyright to all work I produce. This includes use of the work for self-promotion, as example work in sales of commissions, the right to redistribute, and the right to reproduce the work, unless an agreement is made stating otherwise. For commissions that are public (no limitations stated on posting the work) I may post these works to my other social media platforms with proper credit to the client for ownership of the character’s design.You are allowed to re-upload the artwork on your sta.sh or TH only, always with credit

Commercial use is any activity or service being used financial gain.
Examples: Things such as Merchandise, advertisement, books…You are agreeing that the work you are buying are specifically digital goods which cannot be claimed as a physical item.No refunds. However, in certain situations I will offer refunds. Examples such as where I am unable to complete the commission or emergencies.Any artwork / Rigging created by me is NOT allowed for any sort of AI based generation / recreation or training; this rule has no exceptions.By commissioning me or purchasing an adopt. you’re purchasing my labor and only a partial right to a design/art piece. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion.

Process

Emergencies that impede commissions will be communicated with clients via direct messages, trello, or alerts via twitter. Timeline will change and be accounted for.All commissions will have a rough estimate of time delivered this is NOT a guarantee, but an estimate.No refunds for commissions that do not fall within their estimated time.If a project requires a deadline, this will be discussed prior to payment. There will be a fee for express work.

Custom Designs and Designs

You are allowed to make any changes you wish as far as general design. You cannot however make the design changes on my own art.
If CS(Closed Species), no changes to traits can be made.Under no circumstances may you alter the original artwork created by me without permission. This will end in a blacklist.You may change things like gender, name, colours, markings, and things like clothing. Regardless they still need to be recognizable from the original design.You can't claim the design as yours, make sure to credit me as the designer. Toyhou.se username as of 10/01/22 is C0rpseBunni.Co-owning a character is alright. I do not wish to be involved with any conflicts involving this though.The character/design can be used for personal use only . Unless it's a commission made for commercial use.Do not steal, fully or partially copy, recolor, clone, or heavily reference any of my designs. Doing this will result in being noted. Lack of cooperation will result in being blacklisted.Do not make a twin to the character/design you bought

RESELLING AND TRADING

You cannot resell a design you have received from a trade or as a gift. Unless I have directly given you permission to.Despite not being able to sell the designs you have received from a trade or as a gift. You may add value based on extra artwork you've received for the design.Ex: You have commissioned art of the design - add on the commission value.You have created quality art of the design - add on your commission value.[If you're trading away one of my designs. Let me know.]{#f02634Do not trade or sale my designs to people I have blacklisted. Doing so will end up with you on the blacklist and the design revoked.

Payment

Payment will be done in full upfront after discussing commission details and promptedPayment will be sent through Invoices only. Prices are listed in USD.Prices listed are a baseline and can fluctuate above the list price based on complexity.Additional fees may apply depending on what the work is intended to be used for. Revisions

You get 3 free revisions during the sketch process.Revisions after the sketch process is over is 25 dollars each. [During lining/coloring]

USAGE AND NDA

All commissions excluding Live2D Models are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
Live2D Models are priced with commercial usage in mind.The Client may request additional usage rights for the commissioned work during the ordering process.
I consider the following use cases as commercial use:Reproduction of the work, publicly or privately, in which you will receive profit from my work.The fee incurred by commercial usage rights is broken into the following tiers:1) +25% - Youtube, Twitch, Twitter, Social Media promotional material (Use in Digital monetized content. – Ex. Overlays, Thumbnails, and other directly monetized content.)2) +100% - Reproduction, Selling, Merch (Use in merchandise for sale. – Ex. Art Prints, apparel designs, charms or keychain designs.)This fee is subject to increase at the scope of the project, such as applying to groups, businesses, and corporations.A Client may request for their project to remain private during the ordering process. This means C0rpsebunni will not be able to stream work of, post WIPs of, or post completed versions of the project until an agreed upon date in the future.This privacy fee is +20% of the total price of the commission.

These come in a style of one or two lines, depending on the word.
These logos come with full commercial rights. You may use it for merch, promotional material, and simply displaying it.
